호주 폴리스체크

한국에서 일 좀 해 볼려고 하니 해외 영주권자는 해당국의 Police Check 를 요구하네요.  그래서 범죄경력회보서를 한국에서 온라인으로 신청했습니다. 

구글에서 검색하면 폴리스체크하는 사이트가 많이 나오네요.  어디가 믿을 수 있는 건지.. 폴리스체크도 대행을 해주는 사이트가 있는 모양입니다.

이런 사이트들는 다 뭐지?  도대체 공식 사이트는 어디인거야.  

이번에는 www.nationalcrimecheck.com.au   에서 발급신청을 시도해 봤습니다. 

처음에 이름, 생년월일, 성별을 입력하게 되면 결제부터 하랍니다. 일단 신용카드 번호를 입력했더니 바로 결제되어 버리네요.  인보이스를 바로 이메일로 보내주세요. 지난번 했던 곳 보다는 살짝 싼 느낌인데요. 용도를 Work Placement 라고 선택해서 그럴까요?  받는 것을 Email로만 받을 때는 조금 저렴하고 우펴으로도 받겠다고 하면 5불 정도 더 내야 하는군요.

afpnationalpolicechecks.converga.com.au  에서 할 때는 발급 용도가 ACT 공무원 취직 용도인지 Accreditation 용도인지 물어서 귀찮았는데 여기서는 Work Placement, Volunteer, Other 등도 있어서 선택하기가 쉽네요.   또 그리고 afpnationalpolicechecks.converga.com.au 에서는 Name Check Only 나 Finger Print 체크 뭐 이런 거 선택하는 것도 있었는데 여기는 그런 거 선택하는 것도 없네요. 사이트 마다 뭐가 이렇게 틀리는지 원.

결제가 끝나면 다음 페이지로 넘어갈 수 있는데요. 현주소를 입력합니다. 과거 주소를 다 넣어야 하는데 난 한 집에서 오래 살아서 5+를 선택해서 현재 주소 하나만 넣고 넘어가 버렸어요. 

신분증을 첨부하라고 나옵니다. 그림파일만 올릴 수 있어요. 5메가 이상의 파일은 안 된다고 뭐 그러네요. 여권, 운전면허증도 스캔해서 jpg로 첨부했는데  (여권 70점, 운전면허증 40점  합계가 100점을 넘음)  잘 인식을 못 하는 지 여러 번 시도 끝에 upload를 성공했습니다. 

지난번에 신청에 비해서. 이 사이트는 결제를 먼저 하고 신상정보를 입력하는 게 차이점이네요. 비용은 좀 쌌고 신청하는 절차도 훨씬 간단하였네요

그리고 바로 다음날 메일을 받게 되었어요. 발급 대상이 아니다 그러니 발급신청비는 돌려 주겠다. 사이트별로 신청이 가능한 사유가 따로 있는 모양인가?

Exclusions List 롤 보면 Police Checks For Working Overseas 라는 것이 있어서 나랑 해당되네요. 그래서 바로 이메일을 보내서 refund 를 요청했어요.

refund 요청 이메일을 보냈더니 다음과 같은 응답이 왔습니다.
